Diggers follows two treasure hunters uncovering history with metal detectors. The challenge was tone: the show's appeal is humor and friendship as much as discovery, so a straight history-channel treatment would have undersold it.
The approach embraced energy and playfulness. Design direction used kinetic type, discovery motifs, and a fast, joke-friendly editorial rhythm to sell the duo's chemistry, while still honoring the history buried beneath each dig.
The result was a promo system that positioned the series as the most fun you can have with a metal detector — light on its feet, character-driven, and clearly differentiated within the factual slate.
